NASA SEWP (Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement) is a Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) providing the latest Information, Communication, and Audio-Visual (ITC/AV) solutions for Federal agencies and their approved contractors. Get started with Intelix Systems' SEWP Ordering Guide.
The current NASA SEWP surcharge is 0.34%. This fee is included in the quoted prices for all products and services and is not charged separately to the ordering agency. The SEWP Contract Holder is responsible for paying the fee from the quoted prices.
Contractors will be provided a fair opportunity at the individual order level, as appropriate under FAR Part 16.505(b), including the SEWP RFQ tools. No documentation for the order selection is required to be submitted with the order. All such documentation is to be maintained by the issuing procurement office.
The Contractor shall not market, quote, or otherwise offer for sale any IT solutions not listed under this contract until those solutions are included in the SEWP database of record and made available to all Government end-users.
If the Government issues a Request for Information (RFI) as part of market research, the Contractor may provide items not yet listed on its SEWP contract as part of a market research quote, provided those items are clearly identified as not yet available on the SEWP contract and a technology refreshment request is submitted to add those products to the contract.
If the Government issues a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Market Research Request (MRR), the Contractor may respond only with items available on its contract. Pricing shall not exceed the price listed in the SEWP database of record at the time the quote is issued. If the Contractor cannot fully respond to the formal RFQ, the Contractor must respond with a No Bid unless partial quotes are specifically permitted.
Federal agencies and authorized contractors can obtain IT solutions and related support through InteliX Systems under NASA SEWP VI by following the procedures outlined below.
Determine the required IT products or services and review the available solutions under the applicable NASA SEWP VI contract category.
Submit a Request for Quote (RFQ) using the NASA SEWP Quote Request Tool (QRT). Requests should follow applicable Fair Opportunity requirements under FAR 16.505(b).
Evaluate quotations based on agency requirements and best value. The authorized Contracting Officer issues the delivery order, which must be routed through the NASA SEWP Program Management Office for processing.
